Se tomaron testimonios, donde resultó que Trejo y Muñiz vivían en amasiato y de los "golpes" fue a causa de que Dorotea no le dejó ver al hijo que tienen juntos. Se realizaron los respectivos dictámenes y hubo intervención del fiscal de Zacatecas. Se desconoce la resolución final.
